Day 1. Arrival – Athens.

Arrival at the Athens airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”. Welcome assistance and transfer to hotel. In the evening we suggest the optional tour “A night out in Athens”. The tour begins with a short panoramic drive through the city center and on the slopes of the sacred hill you will be able to see, admire and take photos of the illuminated Acropolis. Then a pleasant walk through the narrow picturesque streets of Plaka, the old city, will bring you at a Typical Greek Tavern where you will enjoy your dinner following a floor show with live music and Greek Folk Dances in traditional costumes.

Day 2. Athens.

Today we will explore the city of Athens. We will begin with a panoramic tour passing by the most important monuments and landmarks of the city. We will visit the Panathinaikon stadium, the marble stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896. We will pass by the ex Royal Palace and today the Prime Minister’s residence, the Zappion (ex Royal gardens), the temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the tomb of the unknown soldier guarded by the Evzones, Schliemann’s’ house, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the old Parliament, and Constitution Square (Syntagma) to arrive at the Acropolis. Our visit to the Acropolis will include the Propylae, the temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon, the Erechtheion. Later, we will continue to the New Museum of Acropolis for a guided visit to the home of classical era.

Day 3. Piraeus – Santorini.

This morning you will be transferred to the port of Piraeus for the ferry to the island Santorini. Arrival in Santorini and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 4. Santorini.

Day at leisure to explore the island and the beaches. Possible optional excursions: During your stay on Santorini Island, you will have the opportunity to go on a Volcano & Hot Springs Tour. During this tour, you will have the unique chance to visit the active volcano of Santorini, walk on dried lava up to its peak, feel the heat underneath your feetand see the steam of sulphuric gases emerging from the earth bowels. Next, you will sail to the thermal springs where you can dive or step down into the blue waters in order to swim towards the springs (35-36 C).


Day 5. Santorini – Mykonos.

In the morning, transfer to the port for the ferry to the island of Mykonos. Arrival in Mykonos and. transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure

Day 6. Mykonos.

Day at leisure to explore the island and the beaches. Possible optional excursions: Starting the City-and Island tour by walking the small and narrow streets, we have many possibilities to take nice photographs in the early morning, quiet city. We get orientation and information in the labyrinth of the old town as well as impressions of the small port and the churches in town. Of course we will see the famous wind-mills and find Petros The Pelecan, the mascot of Mykonos. After this we are exploring the island with a bus, visiting some of the most famous beaches and the inner land-scape. We see fishermen and kaikis, small private chapels and houses built in typical cycladic style. In the second main village of Mykonos, Ano Mera, an idyllic place 6km from town, where the guests have enough free time for a stroll around the traditional square and they can visit the monk monastery Panagia Tourliani built in the 16th century. Next stop is Kalafatis beach were there is time to relax a little and have a coffee or a refreshment (not included in the price), before going back to town and to reach a place with a fantastic view all over the town and neigh- bour islands. Day 7. Mykonos – Athens.

Day at leisure until the time to transfer to the port for the ferry back to Piraeus. Arrival and transfer to your hotel in Athens.
Day 8. Departure.

Check out from hotel and head for Athens Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” to fly back full of memories from mythical Greece.
